This is a nice and clean place that's a little out of the way but provides some unique Egyptian American fusion. If you're looking for something new to try that's out of your comfort zone but at the same time has a refreshingly different flavor, I recommend this location. The Egyptian pie is delicious, really savory and they provide a tomatoey spicy sauce and a garlic sauce to dip with, seriously good stuff. The small is enough for two people or one person with a big appetite. It does take about 20-30 minutes to make the pie so keep that in mind. There aren't many employees, but it's not very busy, even on Saturday at lunch which is when we went.
The stuffing is great and taste is great! Overpriced for the portion and size of pie compared to the other competitor around. Dough is not as flaky as expected. Overall good experience and worth a try.
First and foremost keep in mind this is not a pizza stromboli. This is a meat pie. You can also get vegetarian, or just cheese. You choose from 3 styles... - Egyptian style is a large flat thin disc of flaky pastry, then toppings, then another layer of pastry on top - Mexican style is like a burrito. It is the thin flaky pastry rolled up with the toppings inside - American style is more bready like a bun stuffed with toppings You then choose small or large size. You can also choose half and half if you want to try 2 different combinations of toppings. We got a large half and half Egyptian style. It's definitely big enough for 4 people. The Mixed Meat combo was decent and included diced tomatoes, diced green peppers, and cheese. It had an interesting flavor that I couldn't place. It was almost like a curry taste. I'm not sure if I liked that. The Zaatar Cheese combo was great with a variety of cheeses and we added diced chicken to it. I liked it. We didn't choose the regular Mixed Cheese combo because that one had Blue Cheese in it. They come with 3 dipping sauces that honestly you don't even need. The stuffed pies are already very flavorful. The sauces are Egyptian renditions of Sweet Chili, Honey Mustard, and Spicy sauce. The latter of which wasn't spicy at all. They seem to keep their stoda machine turned off and say there's no ice available. So you need to order cans of soda. The Egyptian lady who works there is not very friendly. We made it clear that we were first timers and she did not provide any guidance. When we left we found the kitchen guy having a smoke break leaning on our car.
Fun place to share food with people. The pizzas are dense and will fill you up quickly. A small pizza is good for 2 people and don't forget dessert. It has a lightly sweet taste. And if you love cream it's the kind of dessert for you. This is my second time coming here and it's such a treat!
As a self-proclaimed pizza snob, this place was all over social media being called "Egyptian Pizza" by food influencers so naturally I had to try it. Now, I realize that's obviously a tiny bit misleading as they serve their take on Egyptian pies, or stuffed Feteer. So just keep in mind if you have an intense pizza craving involving pizza dough, mozzarella, and tomato sauce, you may not get it here. That being said, the food was great and super interesting to try. I'll preface this by saying we ordered the food to-go, and even after a 30 minute drive back home it was still fresh, warm, and tasty. I can only imagine how good it must be freshly served when dining in. We tried 2 large "Egyptian way" pies - the mixed meat and chicken ranch flavor to get a more traditional flavor profile and a more American one. We also tried one of the mixed meat Hawashy. Overall, the best way I can describe the dough used is like a few layers of phyllo dough, but it's flaky, rich, and soft, yet does a good job at containing the fillings without falling apart. Each pie comes with a few dipping sauces that all have quite varied flavor profiles (with each have familiar taste profiles!) and complement the pies well. The mixed meat pie was well-seasoned and featured a variety of meats, cheeses, and some veggies. The spices in the meat used are certainly reminiscent of other middle eastern cuisines, so if you are a fan of that flavor profile you'll definitely enjoy this. The construction was well-balanced: not too much cheese or veggies to overpower the focus on the mixed meats in this pie. It could just be my own taste palette, but we agreed the pie was overall on the saltier side. The chicken ranch pie was quite interesting; it indeed had the flavor profile of what one expects from a chicken ranch sandwich, and in fact it almost tasted quite like eating a Costco chicken bake. The pie we had was a lot less saltier compared to the mixed meat we got, so it was a nice balance to have something a bit lighter tasting. Again, this pie was very well balanced between the cheese, meat, and veggies, none of them overpowering the other. Lastly, the Hawashy was delicious and would be quite filling for a single person. It was a lot like having a calzone and is stuffed with plenty of fillings. The dough here is more bread-like, similar to pita. The filling for the mixed meat one was similar to the mixed meat pie. Overall, the pies can seem pricey but definitely feed a few adults if getting one of the meat pies because they do NOT skimp on the filling! Even our immigrant dad who usually complains about restaurants skimping out on meat stated of his own accord that there was plenty of meat in the pies. Note that some of the meats can be on the heavier/filling side so you don't need to eat a ton to be satisfied and that helps a bit with the cost when sharing. Between 5 adults, with 2 large pies and 1 Hawashy we had a good amount of leftover pieces and they reheated well in the oven and air fryer. In terms of the restaurant itself, the inside was super cute and aesthetic looking and would definitely be a nice place to dine in in a more casual setting. You'll know you're there when you see the giant sign saying "STUFFED" in front of the building. I always appreciate when modern buildings have a refreshing take on wood and greenery on the inside. Overall, there are plenty of new flavors and tons of menu options here to try that also still appeal to the average American palette of a meat-and-cheese pie. There's many ways to try the various menu options through the "American" and "Mexican" style options for any pies, so Stuffed is definitely worth a try if you're in the area and looking for something new!
Got the mixed meat - Egyptian style. Small feeds ~2 people. Loved it! It comes with two dipping sauces. It was super delicious and curious to come back and try other ones and other styles. Service was pleasant/nice, order at the counter and self seat. The restaurant is clean and calm.
A novel experience indeed! My gf and I had the supreme Egyptian pizza, and be careful as it comes out, because they make it Uber fresh!! Service was pretty quick, and the ambiance is on par with other Egyptian Pizza places I've visited. I also highly recommend you get the Egyptian pineapple beverage, it was delicious!
The ground beef and mixed cheese egyptian way were delicious! The homemade sausage was good but not as good as the other ones! The food came out pretty quickly. The dessert however took a long time but the place got super busy. People didn't have places to sit. Didn't realize the place got so busy! There is quite bit of parking outside. Seating is pretty limited inside. Seems like you will only get served if you are seated. We got the nutella and pistachio for dessert and they were both delicious. Will definitely be back.
Easy parking, nice decor but the music is way too loud! If they turned the lights down it could be a nightclub.. it's that loud! Has steady customers even at 10pm. Canned drink options including Celsius, assorted juices, also fountain soda drinks. Ordered a Mixed Meat Egyption way.. To Go, small $27.99 plus tax $30.09 total OMG.. the BEST tasting stuffed bite I've ever had! Worth the 30 min wait! I'd order ahead next time just so I can taste it quicker!!
I saw a tiktok a few weeks ago of a foodie reviewing this place, so I decided to give it a try. The menu offers a wide variety of options. We ordered the Mixed Meat (Egyptian way), the Spinach (Mexican way) and for dessert Sweet Potato with ice cream. The night we went, it was a full house. The cashier told us it was going to take about an hour for our food (we brought in games from our car to play while we waited) To our surprise, the food came out in about 40 mins. I was blown away by the flavors of the 2 pizzas we got! Wow, definitely nothing I've ever had before. I wanna come back asap to try the different menu options! Honorable Mentions: -Plenty of parking -Accepts credit card -Good for sharing/groups -Bring cards/games expect a wait
